Sorry new to this forum just fixed my rod journals and new calipers I went to pour gas into my car and it’s all coming out from this black small hose I’m wondering if someone disconnected my line or if it’s just like that I looked around if the hose connects anywhere but it doesn’t seem like it any help would be greatly appreciated

Is the gas suppose to come out from that line when I pour gas or was it disconnected thank you again for any help I’m sorry if I look stupid
