I have a 2022 F-150 STX, that came with Halogen bulbs. I want to upgrade it to LED. Is it as simple as replacing the halogen bulbs with LED bulbs, or are there other accessory parts that also needs to be included?
Or, do I need to replace the whole Headlight assembly? I've seen both the assembly, and bulbs sold separately. I'm hoping that I won't have to replace the whole assembly, as they are a bit out of my league price wise.

 

If the LED element directs the light at a different angle , you will get more better lighting ,,,,but also blind on coming drivers.

The right way is to install the correct assy, but most folks understandably don't wan to get that involved.
