Default Need advice on clutch work

I own a 1996 F150, 5.0 5 speed that I got from my dad. He bought it new, and around 2008 the clutch went out on him. My uncle did the work on it. He's a decent mechanic, except he takes the cheap and easy routes. Well, dad gave me the truck, and about 14 months after the initial work the clutch goes again. Driving, go to shift, and pedal to the floor.

Same uncle fixes it again, and surprise surprise it went out again last year. I plan on either getting more competent help or doing it myself this time. Also plan on replacing every part that looks at me wrong and is recommended to replace.

Last time I drove it fine, was going down the road in 5th, hear a loud pop. Pull over and don't see anything. Lost a good inch or two inches of clutch though. Get home and I have less clutch every shift. Look under and I can see fluid dripping from the transmission case. At idle is makes noise, and it grinds when I push the clutch in. I can force it into forward gears if I try, almost impossible to put it in reverse, so it's been sitting. Start it every now and then to keep it from sitting up, but that's it.

So, my long winded question is, what should I replace? I'd love parts advice, plus links to autozone, rockauto, or wherever.

Looking at Slave Cyl, Master Cyl, Flywheel, Pressure Plate, Hydraulic line from the case to the master cyl. What else guys? Since I parked my Ford, I bought a little geo. I've been screwed a few times by mechanics in the past, so I've been learning everything I can on this car before I move up to the Ford work.

Have you actually looked under the vehicle to see where the leak is originating.
Just from what you have described so far , it could only be a leaking slave cylinder. Also check the clutch master cyl. If it is low on fluid that would confirm a slave cyl problem especially if you see the fluid leaking from it under the vehicle.
You could also have a defective line to the slave also. Check it thoroughly may not be as serious as expected.

The leak is coming from the transmission housing. The master cylinder isn't low. When I was driving it, I'd have to top it off every week or two for awhile. Since I lost clutch, it hasn't gone down even if I let it idle for a few hours. I figure the slave cyl, or even a line busted and it's not pulling anymore fluid, just leaking what it has.
