Default How rare is my truck?

I have a 1989 F250 2D flatbed I6 4.9L, 5 speed manual trans with 10,400 original miles on the truck. Everything is original except a few things I’ve replaced on it, steering pump, brakes, alternator, pulleys, belt, tuneup, repainted, etc. I bought it from a township auction they only used the truck to transport a welder around the shop, so it never went anywhere for 35 years. I bought it with the intention of fixing it up and selling it since it seemed rare with the mileage and all but I’m not sure if I want to anymore. Lol

Have any of you guys had any experience with something with such low mileage? Is it worth the sell? How much? Or should I just continue to build my bond with the truck and keep it😂

Older picture, before I got new mirrors and cleaned up the headlights and bumper and what not, but thought I’d put something up. I’ll add newer ones later

A lot depends on the maintenance it received and what you plan to do with it.

If you like to perform your own repairs, it is much easier to maintain and service than today's vehicles. Parts could be a problem. Might want to check if your places can obtain some parts for it.

I mean, it was a township truck and they’re normally pretty good with spending taxpayer money and keeping things maintained. What could I sell something like this for you think?

A lot of folks think it is easy to spend taxpayer's money, not always so !

I would think if someone was looking for a vehicle like that ,specifically ,they would be a candidate to spend more than someone that just wanted transportation.

Hopefully , someone with more resale experience will help,

A welding shop might be just that candidate, what do you think ?
