problem with wabasto on f-350

problem with wabasto on f-350
i have a 2010 f-350 with a wabasto heater on it, the problem is starting truck in cold temps -20 or greater... the starter on the truck stays on for abaout 10 secs then the rpms will pulse for about 30sec-1min.. any help out there?
