transmission help needed

Default transmission help needed
How hard would it be to re-syncronize my 4- speed tranny cause it grinds when i upshift from 2nd to 3rd and when i downshift from 4th to 3rd and also, how expensive is this going to be? if any of you could help me i would really be happy
