Default Turn Signals

I can't get my turn signals to work. I have replaced the relay, replaced the switch. And still getting nothing, everything else works. 4ways work. I tried the fuse, when I put the fuse back in it clicks and lights blink once and thats it. Any help would be great. Getting really agitated at this point.
I also have no reverse lights. This is a 03 f250.

If you have your owners manual, can you tell us just which fuse is blowing?

If we can't do that, there are 3 fuses involved with that system that I can see.
1- 10 amp fuse
1 - 15 amp fuse
1 - 20 amp fuse
Which one is blowing? They protect different parts and hopefully no one has mixed up the fuses.and it should be easier to pin down just which component is giving you trouble. If I understand you correctly , the fuse is popping as soon as you install it with the key on. and a turn position is selected. Is this part correct ?
Or do the signal lighs work only once?

Misc question, has any vehicle damage taken place involving any lights?
15 amp fuse is also for reverse lamps.
