My Ford f150 will not crank or start I've changed out the starter unnecessarily already as well as the fuse vlock. I did that on advice from a tech I pay to give you diagnosis I've the internet. While lotta good that did me. I'm thinking more maybe the starter or neutral safety switch. My scan tool shows a no link error it does work on other vehicles and has worked on this one in the past. I'm kinda stumped Im working on the starter not I'm checking for power on the wires. The wires right below the starter have no power only ground idk if that means anything but???? Any help would be appreciated

You need to remove and clean all electrical connection associated with delivering power to the starter and solenoid. That includes all grounds going to the engine block.. "Looks OK" doesn't mean anything without removal and cleaning. You should have power going to the starter and its ground is made through the mounting bolts going into the bell housing. The neutral safety switch can do this but That would be the last thing I would suspect. If all else fails, you will have to start troubleshooting the starting system with a volt meter.
