Default Oil in upper intake on 2013 3.7l Mustang

I changed the sparkplug in our car last week and noticed quite a bit of sticky oil in the manifold. Is this normal? Seems to be coming from the right side valve cover vent. Driver side cover tube has no oil in it. Is there a way to stop that?
Also, I used a torque wrench to tighten the plugs to 133inch pounds. Is that enough torque? Seems kinda light, but that's the spec I was told to use.
thanks
