1990' Ranger troubles

About to buy a 1990 ranger, rear turn signals do not work, guessing the wiring because its both signals. how do i fix the wiring? if i find a break can i solder it back together. how do i completly rewire it?

Do the stoplights work? What about the third stoplight?
Just a quick check. It could be 2 bad bulbs, I would check that first.
