Codes don't tell you what is wrong, only provides direction as to where to start checking.

Is there any chance you might be able to get the data stream info which would include RPM, oxygen sensor info, fuel trim, etc. ?

The data stream (live data) can tell us a lot of just what is going on, and we try to determine why. Once that is verified we now have a better idea of where to go for further checking.

Default Data

Fuel trims all seemed to be within -+4% oxygen I wasn't paying much attention too. I couldn't really see a correlation between the fuel trims while I was driving it as far as how they were when the car jerked. For a while I thought it was when a certain bank (can't remember which one) went in the positive it started jerking but after speeding up and looking at it at that same speed it still jerked or lurched a little with the long term trim in the negative so idk, I don't really know what to look for, here's a couple photos. Of it while driving, if you want to tell me something specific to look for I can do that. Lurching really only occurs around 30 or 40 mph then seems to clear up around 50 or more

I kinda tried looking at them while driving at different speeds between 30-50 and nothing really seemed to correlate with the lurching but then again I really don't know what I am doing here haha.

Nothing drastic that I can see.

What other kind of maintenance has been done for the last 3 months ?
When were the plugs last changed?

I am a little curious about that EGR code, Do you do a lot of short trips ?

Default Don't know

I just did a motor swap in this vehicle and I really have no idea how it was maintained. I just did the plugs in it before I dropped it in the car.

Default Idk

Bought the car without it running, guy told me mechanic told him that the engine was bad from low oil pressure, so I put a motor in it, just swapped out the whole motor and transmission as a unit out of parts car. Couldn't drive parts car either, rusted out subframe. What do you think Heiko? I am to dumb to understand the pics you have been sending me can you explain it a little more. Can't measure trans temp with the blue driver I've got so what do you think I need to do to figure out what's wrong with it.

No more guessing and forget about getting TFT.
You have P0401 and P0191 so check the possible causes as shown below. And if you need to throw any parts related to EGR, you don't need motorcraft brand.
If you look at post # 13 above, for P0401 you need to check HE70, Pinpoint-HE.pdf already attached there.
With just a BlueDriver, or even OBDLink MX+, you can only do so much with just the adapter and to go over those KOEO or KOER tests you really need a handheld scanner like Foxwell NT510 Elite or ForScan Desktop version.

Default Sparatic fuel pressure

I noticed my fuel pressure is within range of what the chart said but it's really sparatic and doesn't really correlate with rpm. It will jump from 30 to 45 or 50 at the same throttle position. I would imagine this should increase steadily with rpm shouldn't it, not just randomly be all over the place?
