We never answered whether you had at least 12 volts to the injectors. Do you ?
The computer, (PCM) provides the ground for the injectors. Have you been able to confirm this is happening?
If you have good spark and good fuel pressure the only thing left is pulsing the injectors.
Either you don't have the right voltage available to the injectors, or the PCM isn't providing the ground for the injectors to inject or you have some bad injectors.

You should not run 12 volts directly to the injectors because you can destroy them in short order if you have them grounded other than by the PCM.
Since you confirmed the cam sensor is ok , that leaves that out of the possibilities.
If the crank sensor was defective you would have no spark.
Will wait for your reply.

11.7 volts is not enough to cause the injectors to work properly. Need at least 12 or better.
When cranking the engine , tap into one of the injector wires (ground side any color but red) with a test light connected to a positive voltage source .The light should blink when the injector is pulsed by the PCM. If you get the ground pulse and still get no fuel , with the multimeter measure the resistance across the two injector terminals with the plug off. It should read between 13 to 16 ohms. If no reading, the injector winding is open and cannot work. Check as many as you can. let us know what you find.

Unfortunately the alternator has to be going faster than cranking speed to put out anything.
