Default Power Steering Issue

So this issue has been happening for a while and can't really figure it out. About 2 years ago my 2015 Ford Focus started grinding or rubbing when turning after I hit a deer. Over the winter when the temperature would drop below 29F overnight the steering wheel would completely lock up until I finished warming up my car. Then it would steer fine (while sticking slightly when turning).
Now it's the middle of summer and the steering is sticking slightly when I turn and it's never done it before outside of winter. By sticking I mean the steering wheel won't roll back when I let go on a turn, I have to steer it back. Also it's hard to keep a good straight path at high speeds, I have to oversteer a lot and feels like i'm bouncing back and forth.
Any ideas what it is or how serious it is?

Can you describe what was done to the vehicle after the accident?

What I was trying to understand was , what type/kind repairs were done after the accident, due to the accident.
