Default 1992 Ford F-150 won’t start

Has a no start problem and will only run roughly when you spray fuel into the intake manifold. We have changed: spark plugs/wires, distributor cap, rotor, coil pack, MAP sensor, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator. We have also cleaned the idle air control valve and reset emergency fuel shut off relay. We’ve checked the fuel pressure test point and the gas is getting into there. We’ve made sure all spark plugs are working as well. We can only get it to crank by spraying fuel into the manifold, it runs roughly and hesitates/sputters when gas pedal is pressed rapidly. Any suggestions would be appreciated, TIA!

Do you hear the fuel pump run for the usual 2 seconds when you first turn on the key?

If not check if the fuel pump relay is working. Just because you see fuel at the test point means nothing. It has to have at least 45 lbs pressure there.
If possible rent or borrow a fuel pressure gauge and confirm you are getting that much pressure.there.
If the fuel pump was never replaced, you might be looking for one. Test don't guess !

I can hear the fuel pump come on for sure. I can test the pressure as well.
