Default 1993 E350 Steering Knuckles

I need to replace the steering knuckles on my ‘93 ford econoline e350 diesel van. I am told this part is discontinued and so I’m hoping one of yall can point me to a parts source for these. I believe the parts numbers are F4UZ3105B front L

F4UZ3106B front R

thanks!

I believe you are referring to the tie rod ends which are usually easily available aftermarket and also have grease fittings to lube regularly
Places like NAPA, O'reillys or Advance Auto should carry them. While you are under there did you check the Idler arm for wear, they should also have that if necessary.
It is a wise move to arrange a toe in check after replacing them so you don't ruin good tires , unless you have the means to do that yourself.
