Default 2004 6.0 stalling out when it gets warm.

My 2004 6.0 starts sputtering and eventually stalls out when the engine gets warm. I can crank it back up but it’s a long crank. I have changed ICP sensor, and Camshaft sensor. Scanner was saying my FICM is at 47 volts and my ICP was well above 500. IPR was reading normal also. Any suggestions?

Do you notice any excessive smoke from the exhaust once it starts? If so what color, black = overfueled, no smoke = underfueled

Just a little bit of light colored smoke. I changed fuel filters today, the top filter looked about normal but the bottom main filter looked almost black. I have not had a hiccup at all today but I also didn’t drive that much.
