2008 e250 4.6l
Pulled all coils bank 2 out verified that they are good no damage to them even tough they are new pulled spark plugs out took pics of all four wells they are clean put it all back same nothing has changed.
I also tried because we talked about torque converter to shift into gear 1 and 2 to see if that changes anything when driving nothing changes still hesitation Bogging down

Something puzzling,
Why is engine temp reading sometimes reading 32 degrees?
Before starting cold engine,,,, coolant temp and air intake temp should read the same, something is wrong there !!

I'd borrow a scanner that can scan ford specific DTCs or you can buy obdlink ex adapter then you can use Forscan for 30 days free, if you don't want to keep the adapter just return it, then zero cost to you within 30 days.
You know you can have no check engine light zero DTC but a hundred ford specific DTCs that you need to use a capable scanner to retrieve those. And I'm quite sure your Ford has at least 15 of those hidden DTCs your current scanner not capable to retrieve.

So many things have been disturbed there is only one way to go and that in my opinion would be to verify we have the proper voltage going TO the coils and injectors AND the proper signals AND timing for them to operate and those signals come from the PCM based on the info the PCM receives.
This may be beyond your scope of your knowledge and the tools required.
The amount of time and $$$ spent very likely might have paid for a qualified shop handle the problem.
There is only so much we can do over the internet and I believe it is time to make a decision.on how much more time and $$ you want to throw at the problem.
What do you think ?

I have to agree maybe best option at this point
is to take it dealership they charge $200 for diagnostic test over the phone they said they need a day at the shop to determine whats the issue they would provide me with report I can decide if I want them to take care of repairs or I can do it myself. Do you guys have preference between dealership and a mechanic shop never had to use either before I usually take care of stuff on cars myself

I did check voltage 14.46 consistent coming to each coil and injector (couple injectors had their locking tabs broken got some new connectors will replace them) on both sides. Buddy of mine that brought his scanner mentioned that it may need to reset or reboot the ECM. Ill have to take to someone more capable then I am for sure
guys I can not thank you both enough on your support will get back to you once the issue is fixed to update you on what it was

There are pieces of info contained in the data stream info that may not produce a trouble code that can affect performance. Some of these parameters can be easily seen on a scope. Not everyone has one and some places that do, have it gathering dust in the corner of the shop.
It is easy to get blinded by "Tunnel Vision", thinking this is the same problem I had with a vehicle yesterday. Each vehicle has to be checked on it's own merits.
A good shop will do just this ! A qualified tech knows how the system is supposed to work and knows where to do the checks WITH the right equip.
We all try to get the problem solved with minimum expense ,but without that knowledge and equip we can wind up in an expensive rabbit hole replacing a lot of good parts.
I believe your decision to have a good shop look at the vehicle is a wise decision.
