Bad ECU

I have a 2007 F53 and the ecu is faulty. Ford has discontinued this part and I can’t seem to find one any where anyone out there have a idea where to look for one. The part number is 7C3A 12A650 DSC

What is an F53 and how was it determined the ECU is defective?
Maybe we can save you some $$$$.
