Changing fuel

I recently purchased a 2012 F150 Harley-Davidson edition the previous owner put premium fuel in it I was wondering if I can go back to regular unleaded without the engine going haywire

Most fuel injected engines are set up to run on regular unleaded fuel. Certain ones will do better with premium.
You usually can rely on what the owner's manual recommends.
