Default Fuel issues causing slow crank

Hello I need some help having some problems with the fuel system. If the fuel injectors are plugged in and the fuel rail has fuel the truck turns over almost like it's getting hung up on something. If you unplug the fuel injectors and let pressure out of the fuel rail it will roll over fine no issues. Any ideas on what it could be? I haven't gotten a fuel pressure reading yet I will be doing that later bit nobody seems to know in my area what is going on.

Briefly,,, from what you describe,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,sounds like the injector(s) are not closing.

Did anyone do any work on the fuel system ? Electrical or physical ?
