I've changed the tcc solenoid, trasmission wire harness, speed sensor and neutral switch. Can't seem to nail the problem the od light starts to blink after about 45mph and resets after shutting off the motor any suggestion is highly appreciated.

No, still getting p0741 code even after deleting it. The code came back after a 2 mile run on the highway.

 

I believe your trans has an input shaft speed sensor and output shaft speed sensor. The input speed sensor may be giving intermittent info to the ECM in relation to the Engine RPM and the system may be picking up the intermittent signals and showing it as a converter clutch problem.
