Question 2006 E350 5.3L run issue

Hey All. Has anyone had the experience starting the van and it stumbles and dies? I had this 2 months ago and figured out with the help of a YouTube video that My body ground in the middle of the van on the passenger side was gone. I replaced it it with a new cable and it ran fine until yesterday. I used it to go to work parked it and when I went to leave in the evening it started and started stumbling. Had to get it towed home. I check the new ground it looks fine but I'm suspicious that maybe the engine ground is bad or something similar? Can anyone tell me or show me a pic of where the engine ground is? For the life of me I cant find it. Appreciate any advice or help.

Eric

Just about all the time the battery negative cable is connected directly to the engine. Some will have more than one wire coming off the battery cable of a smaller gauge size and they usually connect to places like the firewall or sheet metal of the vehicle. Some may run a heavier gauge wire from the engine to the chassis or place stronger than sheet metal.

Find below the ground distribution and location for your whole van. It's 5.4L (not 5.3L) Vin L.
