Default 90 F350, Pertronix distributor and EFI issues.

So I am new on here and new to working on a 1990 f350 w/ 460 4x4. I recently replaced the engine along with a few other things like the distributor with a PerTronix Flame-Thrower Plug and Play Billet Distributors with Ignitor IIŽ Module D132800, a flamethrower II coil, fuel injectors and such.

The issue I am having as I understand it is when i replaced the distributor it got rid of the PIP reading to fire the fuel injectors. I would like to know what would be the easiest cheapest way to fix this issue. I don't want to switch to a carb or throttle body injection just because of the cost. If the only way is to go back to a OEM distributor and coil I will but would like to keep the new system if I can. Thanks for the help.
