Default truck died wont start

2002 ford ranger 3.0 i had the truck idleing in the driveway about to leave and it died. now everything works until i turn the key over then nothing. all lights go out, no sounds, nothing. i replaced starter nothing. replaced battery nothing. replaced coil pack nothing. replaced fuses nothing. voltage is low even with fully charged battery and the theft light only flashes when the key is out of the ignition. i checked the imapct switch its fine.

Your vehicle very likely has a poor connection right at the battery where the cables connect to it.

If connections are poor the computer shuts down and everything stops..
From your description , that is what I would remove, clean with sandpaper or wire brush, BOTH the battery posts and the internal section of the clamp that goes on to the battery post . Let us know how you make out with this, thanks.
You might also clean where the cables connect to the vehicle

I am curious how you replaced the starter and not noticed if connections were questionable.

Just the quoted above you need to write a whole paragraph. If it died what is now everything works. If it died it died and everything wouldn't work. What did you do in between when it died and now.
What is the meaning of turning the key over, do you mean you turn the key to ON position or START position?
What is nothing, no battery power for entire inside your truck or no crank no start or crank no start.
