Yes hook up the gauge and check the pressure when engine is running and it's hot and you think it's about time to stall.

If it's not fuel problem then you have to go back to ignition problem. EGR pinpoint tests already submitted to your other thread.
Check your ICM (Ignition Control Module), is it mounted on your distributor or elsewhere like driver side fender?
Next time you wait for the cool down before a restart, you can try to cool down just the ICM and see if it helps any. Like using a fan with a funnel or a tube or air compressor and blow just the ICM.

Get either Motorcraft DY1075 or DY1284. The distributor mounted one requires special tool to remove. Check on Amazon first, free return if it's not the issue. Buy at rockauto use 296207085264063635 (expires 4/18/25), not free return but if you buy return label from them it's very reasonable.
Check out the Ford TFI module lawsuit settlement here. A snapshot shown below.

There should be a relocation kit or you can DIY and relocate it to elsewhere. Relocation detail check here.
If yours is distributor mounted you might want to take the relocation approach instead of buying a new module.

Can you take your vehicle for a drive and have that fuel pressure gauge where you can see it ?

If so, when your vehicle decides to stall, see what the gauge reading is at the time of the stall. If at normal pressure, no need to waste anymore time and effort chasing a fuel supply problem.
Time then to concentrate on ign system. Please let us know , OK ? Thanks.

If it was a wrong timing like too retarded you can feel the lack of power without a 30 minutes drive.
Your fuel pressure after a 30 minutes driving or you think the engine is about to stall, if it's 28 psi or lower while engine is running, then you can have fuel problem.

You have fender mount ICM but you have the exact same symptom as the distributor mount, so never rule out your ICM is still bad or need cooled down.
You can attach a CPU fan (to switched 12V power source) to the heatsink. You can also blow it to cool it down with a USB fan (carry a power bank with you in your truck), or even dry ice, just to find out if excessive heat is causing the ICM problem.
If you search google a bit more you can see people even relocate that to inside the cabin.

So today I am driving my truck this time after my brother did things like ford explorer 5L injectors and intake gasket and vacuum lines the truck drove nicer and snappy with the new injectors turns out it was not the ICM causing trouble this time it was the intake gasket between the upper and lower manifold leaking and loose bolt causing all the stalling out problem in the first place so he fixed this and today so far it has not died yet I drove it yesterday and top it up with clean gas and drove more still doing great ,

Glad you got it fixed. BUT,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,I cannot see how intake gasket can let engine run OK one minute and then stall the next minute.

There has to be more to this than just leaking gasket !

Same thing with injectors, they either work right or they don't.

Please, when it will not start,,,,,,,,,, check at any spark plug when cranking the engine over with the starter, if you have spark. Yes/no.

Depending on what you find there, will determine where we go next. Is this OK with you ?
