The video is too blurry to watch anything.
If you go back and check on P2106 there are 10 possible causes, When MAF connector is disconnected there is a factory default value and it shouldn't stall the engine anymore but it did so you an rule out MAF's fault. Further if MAF is at fault you would get more than just a P2106.
Let's take different approach so you can test the other sensors as shown below:

So after replacing the ABS sensors, fuel pump, and fuel pump module the van was doing the same thing. After double checking the connector to the crankshaft sensor I noticed how bad it was. I ordered a new ford ckp sensor and connector, I installed it and no more issues. It looks like the sensor or wiring was the failing point when the engine would reach normal temperature.

Thank you for the update.

If you check,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, a failing crank sensor does not throw any codes and you need to use other diagnostic experience to isolate and pin down the problem.

Yes, and that is exactly what I did. In fact, my scanner was reading the both the CKP and the CMP where synchronized when the car was on, (for some reason at girst it was no giving me any faults with these two sensors but then) each time the car would die it would tell me there was an error and they were not synchronized. So I started physically inspecting the wires and the sensor and that’s when I found out where the problem was.
