Default Help needed

My 1998 Ford E150 w/ 5.4 V8 suddenly developed severe rough idle, misfires & loss of power for a brief period then returned to normal running. This began to occur more frequently and is now persistent. I have changed the plugs and cop's, 2 leaking o rings on fuel injectors, mass air flow sensor & bank 1 o2 sensor and the problem remains. Latest error codes are: P1131, P0136, and P1151. Any ideas? I also noticed a round canister under passenger side was hanging and now missing...could this be the culprit?

Sounds like you were enlightened as to the problem now all you need to do is fix it.
