Clutch pedal has 2 inches of travel before moving pushrod

I bled the clutch master, reinstalled, and same issue, pulling unlimited amounts of air, so its got a leak. I most likely damaged the hose pulling off the first one.
If I do end up having to pull it, ill definitely change all those parts, so I wont have to worry about it in the future. projects do grow like that dont they lol

well, the system is indeed not holding a vacuum, no visible leaks on the line.
holds vacuum up to about 20 then lets in all sorts of air.
I guess to change the slave cylinder, you have to drop the trans, so unless im missing something, thats the plan.

I never touched the bleeder valve, decided to make sure it was snug. turned it, it wasnt very tight, gave it a little more to snug it up, and the whole bleeder portion of the slave cylinder snapped. Guessing it was cracked and causing the leak, I didnt put enough pressure to break the amount of metal there is.
